An abstract botanical silver print of wild fauna and flowers

Price range: £45.00 through £251.00

This botanical print stems from a photograph in my local woods at the end of summer. There has been a lot of wild planting in the woods to attract natural species and I love to see the combination of flowers and grasses throughout the seasons.  It is like a new William Morris print that shows my love of nature and design.
As it has a silver metallic finish, it changes in different lights and I feel it makes a very appealing and attractive decorative art.

Description

Jo Sharpe’s Contemporary Botanical Prints

This abstract botanical silver print of wild fauna forms part of my botanical art range. These prints are a result of combing creativity, innovation, several artistic skills and the latest digital technology.

This collection first started  in 2016 with a series of art prints inspired by Cornish hedgerows. These are a series of digitally manipulated art prints that are really beautiful and innovative and quite different from my natural painting style.

These are original contemporary works of art that look fantastic and fashionable in interiors.  I can accept special orders and colour match backgrounds to suit clients tastes. For example, this abstract botanical print can be painted with a teal background.

Queen Mary’s Woods

Queen Mary’s Woods are situated in Carshalton Beeches and are a place I visit regularly on one my many walks.  They are particularly beautiful in the summer as Sutton Nature Conservation Volunteers have planted many species of wild flowers and grasses. Queen Mary’s Woods have inspired several other artworks. These are: Seed-heads gathered from Queen Mary’s Woods and the deer in Queen Mary’s Woods.

You are welcome to come to my studio to see my abstract botanical silver painting in real life. As I have used metallic paints the silver changes in the light and is really beautiful.
