Jo Sharpe’s Modern Botanical Paintings and Prints

My modern botanical seedheads print is one of several in my modern botanicals collection.  Firstly, they started  in 2016 with a series inspired by Cornish hedgerows and subsequently many others have followed. These prints are digitally manipulated and moreover really beautiful and innovative however quite different from my natural painting style. Recently, in addition to my prints I have developed them into large paintings. For example my  contemporary botanical seed-heads painting 60 x 60cm.

These original contemporary works of art alongside my Bespoke Art Cushions look fantastic and fashionable in interiors .  Using my textile design background I have created a coordinating range of home furnishings that will make your home look interior designed. This seedheads design looks great as a cushion in lots of different colourways. I can accept special orders and colour match backgrounds to suit clients tastes. Most important is my clients satisfaction.

Queen Mary’s Woods

Queen Mary’s Woods are situated in Carshalton Beeches, in North Surrey .  They are particularly beautiful in the summer because Sutton Nature Conservation Volunteers have planted many species of wild flowers and grasses. My modern botanical seedheads print comes as an limited edition giclee print in a variety of sizes to suit all budgets. It is printed locally by STR Design and Print so allow a few days from order.  It’s created using Epson archival pigmented inks printed onto heavyweight matt 230gsm paper and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity .
